Odisha Public Service Commission OPSC 811 Posts Recruitment For the Post Of Assistant Section Officer  -  For Recruitment 2012-2013 

 Odisha Public Service Commission OPSC invites 811 Post Of  Assistant Section Officer aspiring to join it’s team of world class professionals.The eligibility criteria regarding prescribed education, age and other eligibility criteria and application procedure is mentioned below:
Organization :- 
Name of the Post : Assistant Section Officer
Total No. of Posts : 811 (Governors Secretariat – 11 Posts ; State Secretariat – 800 Posts)
Pay Scale : Rs.9300 – 34800/- + GP Rs.4200/- with usual Dearness and  other Allowances as may be sanctioned by the Government of Odisha from time to time.
Educational Qualification : Bachelors Degree in any discipline from a  recognized University; or posses such other qualification equivalent there to and must have adequate knowledge in computer application.
Age Limit : 21 – 32 years as on 1st January 2012 ( Relaxation upto 5 years for SC/ST/SEBC/Women/EX-SM ; upto 10 years for PH)
Selection Procedure : Competitive Examination a) Objective Type-Multiple Choice Questions b) Essay (Odia & English) iii) Skill Test in Computers.
Application fee : Rs.300/- (NO fee for SC/ST Candidates from Odisha State)  – The candidates are required to take a printout of the finally submitted Online Aplication  and printout of Online Challan (Pay-in-Slip) for payment of requisite fee at any branch of State Bank of India (SBI).

How To Apply : Candidates are required to apply ONLINE.Candidates need not send any Hard Copy at this stage.
candidates who will qualify in the written test are required to send the Printout/Hard copy of the Online Application Form along with specified documents/ certificates etc. as provided under para-11 of this advertisement along with OPSC copy of Challan showing  payment of examination fee, by Registered Post/Speed Post/Courier Service to the Special Secretary, Odisha Public Service Commission, 19, Dr. P.K. Parija Road, Cuttack-753001. (The last date for the same would be intimated later after the results of the written examination is announced)
